North Forty is a creative, fresh and forward thinking Design and Development Consultancy based in North Wales.
With over 20 years experience in architecture and development we pride ourselves on thinking differently. We see opportunity and solutions where others sometimes fail, allowing us to maximise opportunity where others can't, while keeping social impact at the core of everything we do.
Our experience covers a broad spectrum of new build and renovation developments across several sectors including residential, commercial and mixed use to name a few.
As well as being consultants, we are developers at heart, always looking for opportunities where we can collaborate with partners to bring forward opportunity's that otherwise may not work without a collaborative approach.

We are therefore able to provide a tailored service from sketch schemes, planning drawings to construction packs and everything in-between. We feel this foundation give us the edge over others as it keeps us in the nitty gritty of the design.

With our extensive experience in design and construction, we are perfectly positioned to provide a bespoke service to clients of any size, and any project value. We can assist from concept stage through to handover with experience of projects from £5,000 to in excess of £100,000,000.

We're Developers!
Who better to go to than a fellow developer! With experience in commercial, retail, residential, social housing and Student accommodation to name a few, this is where we feel we add value. Our comprehensive experience in an extensive list of sectors, means we see what others sometimes don't.
